Microblading is the process of iron oxide pigment being placed into the upper layers of the skin for a semi-permanent result. We recommend microblading for eyebrows for anyone who wants a fuller look. Regardless of how much hair is there (thinning eyebrows, bald spots, sparse hairs, or completely devoid of hair) we can provide you with the shape and design that you desire.

The Beauty of the Brows

Eyebrows are sisters not twins. No one's eyes are equal distance to the bridge of the nose. Right above your brow bone or forehead, one side is a bit more flat and the other side is more round. The angles can throw off the shape of your eyebrows. With the correct measurements and slight alterations, we can get them as close to the same as possible.

Does it hurt?

We do use a numbing agent to ease the pain. Client feels a bit of pressure and "scratch-like" sensation.

What not to do on the day/week of:

Week of procedure

  • Do not take Aspirin, Ibuprofen,Vitamin E, blood thinners, Accutane, or Retin-A
  • No tanning (spray on or laying out in the sun)
  • No waxing or tinting eyebrows

Day of procedure

  • No working out
  • No caffeine or alcohol consumption

Procedure

Takes up to one hour: 10 minutes to draw and measure eyebrows, 10-20 minutes to numb area, 15-20 minutes for the Microblading

Initially the eyebrows become darker when the pigment oxidizes. First 3 days: the darkest. Days 4-5: little scabs fall off and the color retention is 50%-70%. Touch-ups are included in the initial price and we require a follow up 4-6 weeks later to ensure the healing process is complete. Usually, one to two touch-ups are sufficient.

How to care for your brows

Dry healing with water cleanse only for the first 3 days. No harsh cleansers or AHA/ Retin A application. After 3 days, use coconut oil in small amounts for moisture (lightly dab the eyebrows). We have found that oil in any form has a tendency to bleed and/or remove color directly after the procedure, so please follow these instructions in order to get what you paid for.
