Spa Botanicals requires a 5-10 minute arrival prior to your appointment. If running a few minutes late, please call - (626) 343-9695.
If you are more than 10 minutes late we will unfortunately need to reschedule the appointment.
***UPDATED CANCELLATION POLICY***
We require a 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Anything under 24 hours will be charged a No Show Fee of 100%.
If you are feeling sick and/or have a fever your fee will be waived and we will reschedule you for 2 weeks out.
Also, we respectfully ask that you adhere to our "No children" policy.
